How to produce e10 light bulbs?
Prepare materials and tools: The required materials include LED chips, LED lamp beads, heat sinks, PCB circuit boards, wires, etc. Tools include electric soldering irons, solder wires, electrician scissors, electric welding tools, etc.
Soldering LED chips and lamp beads: Match the solder points on the LED chips and PCB circuit boards, use electric soldering irons and solder wires to solder, and ensure that the soldering is firm and not loose.
Install LED lamp beads to the heat sink: Insert the leads of the LED lamp beads into the holes on the heat sink, and use electric welding tools to solder to ensure good contact.
Assemble to the lamp housing: Assemble the PCB circuit board and the heat sink together, and then install them in the lamp housing. The lamp housing can be made of a transparent glass lampshade or other materials.
Connect wires: Cut the wires to the appropriate length, insert them into the solder points on the PCB circuit board, and connect them to the power supply.
